3. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
3.1 Language
- Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English
- Avoid grammatical and typographical errors
3.2 Format & Structure
Prepare manuscripts in MS Word (.doc/.docx) including:
- Title Page: Title of the paper; author name(s); affiliation(s); corresponding author email
- Abstract: 150-250 words; brief overview of objectives, methods, results, conclusion
- Keywords: 4-6 keywords
- Main Text: Introduction; Literature Review (if applicable); Methodology; Results and Discussion; Conclusion
- References: Follow standard citation style (APA / MLA / Harvard)
3.3 Formatting Requirements
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: Title 14-16 bold; Headings 12-14 bold; Text 12
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Alignment: Justified
