3. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

3.1 Language

• Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English
• Avoid grammatical and typographical errors

3.2 Format & Structure
Prepare manuscripts in MS Word (.doc/.docx) including:

1. Title Page: Title of the paper; author name(s); affiliation(s); corresponding author email
2. Abstract: 150-250 words; brief overview of objectives, methods, results, conclusion
3. Keywords: 4-6 keywords
4. Main Text: Introduction; Literature Review (if applicable); Methodology; Results and Discussion; Conclusion
5. References: Follow standard citation style (APA / MLA / Harvard)

3.3 Formatting Requirements

• Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: Title 14-16 bold; Headings 12-14 bold; Text 12
• Line spacing: 1.5
• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
• Alignment: Justified

3.4 Tables and Figures

• Number sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.)
• Include clear titles and sources
• Use high-resolution images

4. Citation and Referencing

Use a consistent referencing style:

• APA (7th Edition) - preferred
• MLA / Harvard - accepted
• All references must be cited in-text and listed at the end
